Millionaire's Row Private Residence….

This fabulous home located on Cooper City's millionaire's row was a builder spec home. GP2 worked with the clients in Curating all finishes, cabinetry, and more through the builder's showhouse. Throughout the construction process, GP2 not only designed all custom closets, built-ins, and feature walls but also procured all necessary furnishings, labor, artwork, greenery, and accessories in order to make this home a show piece. After closing we took over the home for four weeks, along with the vendors that were hired to transform it from a standard builder spec home to a marvelous home for entertaining but also comfortable enough to live in with two small children.

Beautiful Bold Boca Beachhouse….

In this bold interior GP2 was hired to take a basic boring condo down to its concrete shell and design a new layout of walls that would work for our client's needs, in addition to opening up the kitchen, adding a fixture in the master bathroom and changing the powder room into a full bath. We designed each interior specifically for each client, so when this client wanted a peaceful serene interior with lots of colors, we felt we delivered! Everything was curated, purchased, and coordinated by GP2 Designs down to the toothbrush holder.

Classic Custom Build…

GP2 was hired during the construction of this custom home to take it from builder bland to fabulous. Working with the builders and their subs along with the clients, GP2 produced an Interior set of drawings to add style and sophistication to the space with built-ins, cabinetry elevations, and lighting locations. In addition, GP2 was responsible for specifying all finishes, lighting, doors, and hardware to make the home cohesive. Once constructıon was well on its way, we specified and purchased all furnishings, accessories, and art. Taking this home from simple to sophisticated and one that our client can enjoy for many years to come.

Intracoastal Pied-à-terre....

This 1960s condo was taken from a blast from the past to a soft beach-styled contemporary getaway. GP2 was hired to transform this space, working with the general contractor to |take the interior down to the shell and open up the kitchen to make this small space feel grand. GP2 was responsible not only for GC coordination but also for finish, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, hardware, furniture, art, greenery, and accessory design, selection, and procurement. The space was transformed into a simple but elegant home away from home.

Beachside Getaway....

GP2 Designs and the Contractor took this old, 1960s condo down to the shell, opened up the kitchen to the living space, added a laundry room, and separated the bedroom suite from the common spaces. The entire project including plumbing fixtures, wall coverings, accessories, furniture, bedding, cabinetry, and more was specified, designed, and purchased by GP2. The clients wanted a cost-effective, beautiful interior and we delivered.

Bayfront Beauty on Treasure Island….

This Spec home was going on the market and needed to feel less sterile. That was when GP2 Designs was hired to stage the home with cost-effective furnishings and do so in 30 days. The home was staged with furniture, artwork, accessories, bedding and greenery. It sold within 7 days at an above-market value with all the staging pieces included. Needless to say, the realtor was happy to have hired us in order to escalate the sale of this bayfront beauty.

Southwest Ranches Investment…

GP2 was hired to select all new finishes, cabinetry, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. When complete the clients decided to furnish this small guest house that was detached from their main home. Using all cost-effective furnishings, we feel that a fresh soft style was accomplished that any guest could call home and feel comfortable for a few weeks out of the year.

Southwest Ranches Guest House…

GP2 was hired to not only select all new finishes, cabinetry, lighting, and plumbing fixtures but also to furnish this small guest house from their main home when the work was completed. Using all cost-effective furnishings, we feel that a fresh soft style was accomplished that any guest could call home for a few weeks out of the year.
